Facility Use & Building Rental

Purpose
UUFR encourages the use of our facility for Fellowship programs and activities, as well as by individuals and organizations from the broader community from which we draw our members.

Qualifying Individuals and Organizations
The UUFR facility is available for use by members, non-profit organizations, and community groups. Appropriate uses include cultural events, private and public meetings, non-partisan political forums, and charitable benefits.

UUFR does not permit the use or rental of its facilities by any individual, group, or organization that discriminates on the basis of race, color, religious creed, gender, gender identity or expression, age, ability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.

The UUFR Board of Stewards reserves the right to deny or terminate facility use by any individual, group, or organization whose purposes or activities are inconsistent with Unitarian Universalist principles and practices, or who fail to abide by UUFR’s Facility Use Guidelines.

Approvals for Use
All facility uses must be approved by the Facility Use Administrator. Priority will be given to UUFR programs and activities.

Use Fees
The Facility Use Administrator may approve discounted rates or fee waivers upon submission of a UUFR Fee Waiver Request.
