Facility Use & Building Rental

Purpose:
UUFR encourages the use of our facility for programs and activities of our Fellowship and by organizations and individuals from our community from which we draw our members.

Qualifying Individuals and Organizations:
The UUFR facility is available for members, non-profit groups, and community activities, such as cultural events, private and public meetings, non-partisan political forums, and charitable benefits.

UUFR does not allow use or rent to individuals, groups, or organizations that discriminate against any race, color, religious creed, gender, gender identity or expression, age, ability, marital status, sexual orientation, or military status.

The UUFR Board of Stewards reserves the right to refuse use or terminate use of any individual, organization, or group whose values and purposes are inconsistent with Unitarian Universalist Principles and Practices or who fail to honor the Building Use Guidelines.

Approvals for Use:
All building uses will be approved by the Building Use Administrator. Building use for UUFR Programs shall have priority.

Use Fees:
The Building Use Administrator may allow discounted rates or waive fees as requested in a UUFR Fee Waiver Request.
